Cypress Elementary School is one of twelve K-5 schools
in the Covina-Valley Unified School District. The enrollment
as of October 1997 was 604 students.
Cypress Was built in 1957 with six permanent classroom
buildings, an office, and a cafetorium. Because of great
increases in enrollment, three relocatable buildings
with five classrooms were added to the site.
